Payment to guarantee booking 50% upon reservation and 50% 2 months before date of arrival.

Booking Cancellation by client
Any cancellation or amendment request must be sent to us in writing, by email and will take effect on the day we receive the request.
You will be liable to pay the cancellation or amendment charges shown below.
More than 6 month before arrival date = 25% of the booking price.
6 months - 3 months before arrival date = 50% of the booking price.
3 months - 30 days before arrival date = 75% of the booking price.
Less than 30 days before arrival = 100% of the booking price.
There will be no refunds if the client voluntarily decides to stop using the apartment in the holiday before the end of his/her stay.
